Critique of Research Methodologies and Methods in Educational Leadership

چکیده
The purpose of this exploratory study was to document aspects research methodology in educational leadership directed at emerging school leaders and the academic community that supports them. intricacy challenges highlights necessity for a thorough investigation, results which will inform suitable reforms. Scholars have long argued about qualitative quantitative approaches is more rigorous its contribution development education. Some academics contend since education focuses primarily on human behaviour, value-laden, area should take approach. Results indicate while methods were common arts, dominated sciences. However, social sciences frequently used blend mixed approaches. findings' implications improving skills integrity are examined.
